China Collegiate WeChat Application Education Alliance
(I) General Provisions 

The "China Collegiate WeChat Application Education Alliance" is a community jointly initiated and established by the MOE Research Center for Online Education, the Advisory Committee of Computer Specialty in Higher Education of the Ministry of Education, the Advisory Committee of Software Engineering Specialty in Higher Education of the Ministry of Education, Tencent Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (corresponding to "Tencent WeChat") and Beijing MOOC-CN Information Technology Co., Ltd. (corresponding to "School Online") and voluntarily participated in by relevant universities to carry out computer and software engineering teaching activities in combination with WeChat application technology.

The tenet of the alliance is to meet the training requirements of computer software talents in the new economic era, and based on WeChat open platform and WeChat application development technology, to carry out the work of school-enterprise cooperation in building curricula and developing courses, building laboratories and training bases, training teachers and carrying out research, establish a campus WeChat technology ecological environment that supports college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training, deepen the professional connotation and teaching reform of new engineering construction, and promote the close combination of personnel training and industrial demand.


(II) Work Tasks 

1. Promoting the connotation construction and educational reform of new engineering

Combining technology progress and innovative application development with the internet as the core, and taking WeChat open platform and WeChat application development technology as carriers, reforming and upgrading the existing curriculum system and teaching content, emphasizing the introduction of complex software problems and the integration of new technologies in the network era, promoting the reform of teaching mode and personnel training mechanism, and forming a computer and software engineering education consortium with in-depth cooperation between school and enterprise.


2. Building online curriculum resources and practice platform

Through enterprise funding and cooperative construction, building a batch of brand-new online curriculum resources incorporating WeChat application development technology, and building an online teaching practice platform based on cloud services with internet thinking and technology, combining course teaching, collaborative learning, project practice, and ability training.


3. Carrying out curriculum popularization and application and teacher training activities

With the help of the advisory committees of computer and software engineering specialties, actively promoting the extensive application of online high-quality teaching resources supported by the alliance in college curriculum teaching, exploring the sustainable development mechanism of open and shared curriculum groups. Organizing teaching seminars and teacher training for WeChat development courses, providing college teachers with the opportunity to practice in enterprises, and helping teachers to follow up and apply the advanced technology in the industry in a timely manner.


4. Creating the ecology of WeChat technology innovation in campus

Establishing WeChat technology club for college students in colleges and universities across the country, and based on the aim of "learning advanced technology, exploring innovative thinking, experiencing corporate culture, and achieving first-class talents" and under the guidance of the youth league committee of each university and related departments, carrying out academic lectures, technical salons, interest groups, large-scale contests, visits and other activities. Plus, planning and holding the national college students WeChat development and innovation application contest, building a batch of practice bases to support students' innovation training, and creating an ecological environment for WeChat technology innovation in campus.


(III) Organizational Structure

The council is the deliberative body of the alliance. The members of the first council are selected and designated by the sponsoring units of the alliance. The council can be adjusted or supplemented after selection and election. The alliance has one chairman and several vice-chairmen.

The secretariat of the alliance is established as a permanent office of the alliance and is in charge of the daily work of the alliance. The secretary general and deputy secretary general are appointed by the council. According to work need, it is responsible for setting up several working groups to be responsible for carrying out work tasks in special fields and special functions.

The responsibilities of the council are as follows:

Formulating and amending the articles of association and formulating the working guidelines of the alliance;

Election of the chairman and deputy director;

Electing the chairman and vice-chairmen;

Appointing the secretary general and the deputy secretary general;

Review and approve the coalition work plan;

Deliberating on and approving the work plan of the alliance;

Decide on other major issues.

Determining on other important matters.


The secretariat exercises the following functions and powers under the leadership of the council:

Responsible for the operation of the alliance and presiding over daily work;

Organizing the implementation of the annual work plan;

Responsible for coordinating with relevant departments and communicating with member units of the alliance;

Completing other relevant work of the alliance.

The council holds a working meeting once a year, and the term of office of each council is three years. Teaching institutions of relevant majors in colleges and universities can apply to become members of the alliance, but they should meet the following conditions: recognizing the tenet and articles of association of the alliance;being willing to actively participate in the construction of curriculum resources and teaching practice activities related to WeChat application.


(IV) Others 

When the alliance needs to be dissolved due to termination, dissolution or separation, merger or other reasons, the chairman shall put forward a proposal, which shall take effect after the approval of more than two third of members of the council of the alliance. The remaining property after the termination of the alliance will be used to develop undertakings related to the alliance's tenet under the supervision of a financial auditing institution with auditing qualifications.

The revised draft of the articles of association shall be proposed by the chairman at a meeting and shall come into effect after being deliberated and approved by the council.

The council of the alliance shall be responsible for the interpretation of the articles of association.
